The ELMA Philanthropies Services, established in 2005, acts as the services arm of the ELMA Foundations. From locations in New York and Cape Town, we develop program strategies, source grant possibilities, monitor grant performance, and pursue philanthropic opportunities for the ELMA Foundation and the ELMA Relief Foundation, in accordance with their respective Guidelines.
