Africa is a continent of young people. It is
also the neglected continent, and sizable
philanthropic investments to address the
comprehensive needs of children and youth will
bring hope and encouragement at a crucial stage
of their lives — and do much to help the
continent to prosper. ELMA provides the
resources of time, imagination, and funds to
support selected programs that improve education
and health.
Foundation grants:

institutions to serve children and youth in

strengthen the self-sufficiency of African
families and communities, helping them to
take significant steps to resolve the
problems that their young people face. |
